U Rwanda rugiye guhagarika moto zikoresha Lisansi mu gihugu hose, hongerwe iz’amashanyarazi

U Rwanda rwatangaje gahunda yo gukura burundu ku isoko amapikipiki akoresha lisansi na mazutu, mu rwego rwo guteza imbere ikoreshwa ry’ibinyabiziga bikoresha amashanyarazi no kurengera ibidukikije. Ibi byatangajwe n’Umunyamabanga wa Leta muri Minisiteri y’Ibikorwaremezo, Amb. Jean de Dieu Uwihanganye, wavuze ko iyi gahunda yamaze gutanga umusaruro kandi igiye kwagurirwa mu gihugu hose.

Iyi politiki ishingiye ku cyemezo cyafashwe muri Mutarama 2025 cyo guhagarika gutanga impushya ku bashya bashaka gukora umwuga wo gutwara abagenzi kuri moto bakoresheje amapikipiki asanzwe akoresha lisansi, cyane cyane mu Mujyi wa Kigali. Kuri ubu, umuntu wese ushaka kubona uruhushya rutangwa na RURA rwo gukora uyu mwuga asabwa gukoresha moto zikoresha amashanyarazi.

Amb. Uwihanganye yavuze ko gahunda yo kwimakaza amapikipiki akoresha amashanyarazi yatangiye gutanga umusaruro ugaragara, ndetse ko isoko ryabyo rimaze gukomera ku buryo bishoboka ko iyi gahunda yaguka ikagera mu gihugu hose.

Yagize ati: “Mu minsi iri imbere, tuzashyira mu bikorwa iki cyemezo ku rwego rw’igihugu hose. Nta moto itari iy’amashanyarazi izemererwa kongera kwinjira mu gihugu, cyane cyane izitwara abagenzi.”

Yongeyeho ko hari intambwe igaragara imaze guterwa, aho abacuruzi batangiye gutumiza moto z’amashanyarazi ku bwinshi ndetse hakiyongeraho n’ibigo bitanga serivisi zo kuzishyiramo umuriro (charging stations). Nubwo hakiri imbogamizi nke, yavuze ko urwego rumaze gukura bihagije.
